The Right Connection Determines the Right Direction
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit: apart from me you can do nothing." ~ John 15:5
A Spiritual Connection is the Right Connection
The right connection determines the right direction for our lives. His name is Jesus Christ, the True Vine, for apart from Him we cannot make right decisions for our lives. Thus, it's imperative that we connect to the Vine to take advantage of the abundant life that He has for us. For if we don't, we put ourselves at a disadvantage, finding ourselves without fruit, worth, power, strength, help, or glory.
Connected to the Vine helps us to understand the connection's purpose—to glorify God in every area of our lives. This connection enables and empowers us to live a fruitful life that brings Him glory. Thus, we need to make sure that we have the right connection so that we can reap the many benefits that are only found in Him.
